By using GamePlan you agree to these terms. Please read them — they contain important information about beta software limitations, children's privacy, and how we handle the information you enter.
1. Beta software
GamePlan is currently in beta testing and is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Features may change, be interrupted, or contain errors, and data may occasionally be lost. Please do not rely on GamePlan as your only record of schedules or important information.
2. Children's privacy
To protect minors during beta, do NOT enter real personal information about children. Use first names only, and avoid addresses, schools, birth dates, or photos that could identify a child. You are responsible for the information you enter and confirm you have the right to share it.
3. Wellness tips are not medical advice
Pre-game wellness suggestions are general, AI-assisted encouragement for youth athletes — not medical, nutritional, or professional advice. Every child is different; follow guidance from your pediatrician and coach and account for allergies and dietary needs.
4. Weather & radar information
Weather conditions and radar are provided for general convenience using third-party services (OpenWeather and Windy.com) and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed. Do NOT rely on GamePlan's weather or radar for safety decisions. Always consult official sources such as the National Weather Service, and follow your league's and coaches' guidance for severe weather, lightning, and event cancellations.
5. Community ratings & feedback
Trust scores, season ratings, and developmental feedback reflect subjective opinions shared by other members of your team community. They are not endorsements or guarantees by GamePlan, are provided for informational purposes only, and should be treated respectfully and in good faith.
6. Acceptable use & liability
Use GamePlan lawfully and respectfully. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GamePlan and its creators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including missed events, travel decisions, or reliance on any information provided.
